Grand Master O’Neill IX Dan is fortunate to have been taught and graded up to IX
Degree Blackbelt by the World’s leading Pioneer and the First ever Grand Master
of Taekwon-Do, First Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha IX Dan. Grand Master O’Neill is also
a member of First Grand Master Rhee’s personal Executive Masters’ Council responsible
for furthering and maintaining the integrity of authentic Taekwon-Do to students
throughout the World.
As a Professional Grand Master Instructor GM O’Neill is happy to conduct Seminars
for Instructors and Schools both Nationally and Internationally. As a professional
Master Instructor he will endeavour to carry on the legacy and integrity of our late
founder Gen Choi Hong Hi’s life’s work and bring authentic Taekwon-do to all who
wish to learn.
